Framework for fees: further education in England and for all courses at FE institutions in Northern Ireland

The course offers a structure for determining who should be charged ‘home’ fees and who can be charged ‘overseas’ fees. It sticks to the basics and there is no time allowed for exploration of the ‘grey areas’ such as those related to ‘ordinary residence’ (these are addressed in the ‘Residence requirements’ workshop).
