Pay gap for women
10th September 2008At the AUPO conference in Bournemouth, I learnt that in HE procurement there is, on average, a 25% difference in pay between top level men and women. Does this disparity exist across the sector? Surely this is a shameful anachronism! What can be done to promote equality in HE pay?
