How do you market your HEI online?

I've just taken over from Matt as ed on UB and was hoping to get more of your opinions into the magazine. We're planning on running a feature on how to successfully market your HEI online in this ever-changing online world.

Are you satisfied that your online presence is as effective as it could be? Do you have a Facebook page or content on You Tube? Or do these terms baffle you? Have you had any success with this type of online marketing?
